Michael Reuben Ntibikema

Executive Director

Michael Reuben Ntibikema is the Executive Director and a Ph.D. Candidate (Social Work) of the Open University of Tanzania. He holds a Master of Community Economic Development (MCED) from Southern New Hampshire University USA and OUT Tanzania, Post Graduate Diploma in Poverty Analysis for Socio-Economic Development from the Institute of Social Studies (ISS), the Netherland through ESRF Tanzania. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from the University of Dar es salaam. He has extensive experience in child safeguarding and child Protection. He has done several trainings locally to support other organizations to improve their safeguarding systems and Procedures including organization’s Self Audit. Through ChildHope UK, he has presented Safeguarding Experiences to the Bond conference in UK. Michael has a good track record of research.
